I’m in the midst of dealing with a subpar contractor installing my 125k BTU boiler and wanted to verify wether the supply line he ran is sufficient. I know it is difficult to give exact numbers without seeing the piping in my house but from what I am seeing on the tables, it isn’t even close.
I have a one inch line entering the house, which runs for 30’ prior to hitting the tee for the boiler. The tee reduces the line to 1/2” FlashShield CSST. It then runs 18’ to the 125k boiler.
The gas line then continues to serve a 40k water heater, 20k dryer and a gas range (unsure of the btu at this time)
Is that 1/2” line enough to operate the boiler correctly?
