vitodens room temperature hook up

Hi, Could someone explain to me what Vitodens means by "room temperature hook-up"? I have a weather controlled Vitodens 200 and when it is cold outside the heating overshoots even with a low heating curve. I wondered if setting the b0 code to 3 would help, but I do not want to tinker with it without knowing what it is. Thanks, Krisztian
