Boiler takes long time to heat house

Hi, I have a hot water 75K btu gas boiler heating system that heats my 1,400 sq ft semi attached home. The home was built in 1900s and is not very well insulated. I have cast iron radiators installed throughout the house. I recently had this new boiler installed. It takes about three hours to heat up the house in the morning from indoor temperature 62 degrees to 72 degrees. The boiler is programmed to heat the water to 170 degrees and start cycling. I know insulation helps to keep the heat in the house but I don’t think it would help with the initial heating in the morning. What can I do so it doesn’t take this long to heat up?
