We have had this Navien NR-180A about 5 years. It seems like every six months we have to order and replace parts to keep the water heater working. This unit has a circulating pump we would have a hard time doing without. The biggest issue is when the circulating pump comes on, it sounds like someone with a huge sub woofer is driving down the road. It is so bad the neighbors have asked me if everything is OK in the garage. Any thoughts on what I need to do to help?
