Anyone experience a issue with an ultra 230 where a Gas odor occurs immediately after reaching temp on boiler. Main control board was replaced once due to faulty board and generated error with same Gas odor issue 2 years ago. Now Gas odor is back but everything functioning fine with exception to Gas odor immediately after reaching temp. I see there is a recall on them for Gas valve and screws loose potentially but Gas valve was replaced prior to anything else two years ago and didn't correct issue where main board replacement did.
