Burnham ES2

I had a burnham ES2 gas boiler installed nov 2018 it keeps going to status 15 (waiting for limit to close) and I have to press a switch on the back of the boiler to get it back up and running talked to the contractor who installed it he said it’s normal something to do with high pressure outside and not being able to vent it’s hooked up to a normal chimney with a ss liner installed same time this does not seem normal to me happened 5x last 24 hours located Long Island New York cold and wet weather
