What type of radiator is this? And which is best to replace it?

Hello, We are remodeling our basement. This radiator (see pic front and top) is the only heating source in our basement it works but it is outdated (i.e. ugly) we want to know what type of radiator this is? And if we want to replace it which is best? Our basement is 12 Ft x 8 Ft. Thanks for your help!!
