Can't get heater to fire part 2

So, just about a month ago I had an issue with my heater. The inducer motor went out and stopped working. It has been working great...until the motor did the same thing... It is getting signal to go from the t-stat. But the motor won't spin... Just kinda buzzed a bit. Called the supplier I got the motor from, they told me it is a 3-4 week turn around, they have to send the motor back for the warranty.
Any thoughts on what might be happening would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
